It's been a long time, I know. That's partly because we've
been moving... Went from 11215 to 11238. Bigger and better
in many ways, though I'll miss the garden. I'll probably write
more on this later, but I'm not so interested in the details
at the moment. The other thing that happened, was Blogger
ate my last long post. Didn't quite have the heart to write
anything for a while.
Spring
is here! Went to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden a couple
of weeks ago, and shot a ton of images. It's so amazing to
watch the trees burst into lush green in no time. A gardener
friend of mine termed used to describe it as "foaming up."
I'm loving having a camera again. My trusty CoolPix990 has
given me a new set of eyes. It was years ago that my favorite
35mm SLR got stolen, and I spent years drooling over newer
and newer cameras, but never bit. Mom, Dad, and my brothers
were extra nice this Christmas, and chipped in for my new
digicam... Now, I'm snap-happy. Here's
